SLJ/Day 1/ Activity 3
For this activivity we had to to pick one of the charites. I picked SPCA we had to know what SPCA do and how they help animals. They help proctect 40,00 animals a year because the animal owner is abandoned them.
Hi David, this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. Why did you pick the SPCA? Do you have pets at home? We have x2 cats and x3 fish... Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep your learning up over the school break!
Greetings David! I have scrolled through your blog post and found this amazing work. Was this activity hard to do? Do you enjoy doing these summer learning journey task?
I’m Dani, one of the blog commenters for the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard some great things about the students at Panmure Bridge School so I thought I would jump on and check out some blog posts.
Ka pai! You have created an interesting DLO that educates people about what the SPCA does. I actually adopted my cat from the SPCA five years ago. I was looking at getting an older cat because I didn’t have time for a kitten and it was awesome being able to go to the SPCA and meet all the different cats and to find one that would like to live at my house. Hopefully next year I will be able to go and get a puppy! Do you have any pets at home ? Or is there a pet you would love to adopt?
As it is the holiday period many of the Summer Learning Journey team are currently away from work and are spending some time with their friends and family. This means that you would get many encouraging comments over this time. We want you to keep blogging and we will comment on as many of your posts as we can when everyone is back at work!
Hi David! This activity you did was great. Great job on completing this activity. What was the hardest part of this activity? Blog you later! ~ Florence
