Pros and Cons

Introduction
Food continers are used for storing food but all of them have requirements depending on the storage needed.

Stainless Steel Gastronorm
Each stainless steel gastronorm is made out of stainless steel that is suitable for oven cooking and storing food in the freezer. It is suitable for high temperatures and it can also melt because it is metal.

Plastic Gastronorm
The plastic gastronorm is made out of bendy plastic and it has a airtight lid so food won't get nasty and it is not suitable for high temperatures because fire and plastic don't mix.


Mason Jars
Mason Jars are made out of delicate glass and it is suitable for storing and preserving all kinds of food and it is made out of glass so it can break into small pieces.

Conclusion
The three containers are best for different situations. Food are often stored for each situations like storing leftovers in the fridge, storing preserved food like fruit or pickles at room temperature and storing food that needs to be kept warm for a buffet restaurant.

Plastic Gastronorm are best for storing food in the fridge, because they have lids making them stackable and the person buying them can choose the size they want.

Mason jars are best for storing things like fruit or pickles, because they have an airtight lid and they are the only type of containers suitable for things like that.

Gastronorm pans are best for storing food for buffets and things like that, because they keep the food warm and they can fit a lot of food in it.
